My name is Pooja, and I’m a counselor dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength. I believe healing unfolds when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Together we can create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where your story matters and your voice guides the process.
My approach is client-centered, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, grounded in empathy and curiosity. I draw from both academic training and hands-on experience in mental health and behavioral support. I view therapy as a collaborative journey of growth—one where light gradually returns and resilience begins to bloom.
I support individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, addictions, relationship issues, chronic pain or illness, life transitions, and other mental health diagnoses.
